In the 12th article of the Turkish Citizenship Law (No. 5901) under the title of “Exceptional cases in the acquisition of Turkish citizenship”; Foreigners and foreign nationals holding Turquoise Cards and their spouses under the age of 18 (adults) in accordance with subparagraph (j) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law on Foreigners and International Protection (No. 6458) It is envisaged that the child of a foreigner who is dependent on him despite being over the age of 18 can acquire Turkish citizenship, provided that they do not have a situation that may pose an obstacle in terms of our country’s security and public order, and by the decision of the President.
In Article 20 of the Regulation on the Implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law, which was prepared on the basis of Article 46 of the Turkish Citizenship Law (No. 5901), it is stated that; It is stated that foreign nationals, whose status of employment for at least fifty (50) people is determined by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, can acquire Turkish citizenship by the decision of the President within the scope of subparagraph (b) of the first paragraph in Article 12 of Law No. 5901.
On the other hand, in subparagraph (j) of the first paragraph of Article 31 of the Law on Foreigners and International Protection (No. 6458); Those who are not working in Turkey, but who will make the investment, and their foreign national spouse, are determined by the scope and amounts of the investment determined in Article 20 of the “Regulation on the Implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law” titled “Exceptional acquisition of Turkish citizenship, the necessary documents for this application and the procedures to be done”. It is envisaged that a residence permit can be granted for a maximum of 5 (five) years to the foreign child, who is dependent on him and his spouse, despite being under the age of 18 (non-adult) or over the age of 18.
Based on all the above-mentioned legislation provisions, foreign nationals must apply for a residence permit to the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the scope of Article 31/j of Law No. 6458, or at least 50 ( The request for a certificate of conformity indicating that it provides employment for fifty) persons is evaluated within the framework of the procedures and principles below.

Foreigners who have requested a certificate of conformity on the grounds that they employ at least 50 Turkish citizens, apply in writing to the General Directorate of International Labor Force, which is affiliated to the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, with the following documents.
Applications are evaluated by the General Directorate of International Labor Force, which is affiliated to the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services. Applications without any deficiencies are finalized within 7 working days. In applications made with incomplete information or documents, the applicant is given a period of thirty (30) days to complete the deficiencies identified. If the deficiency is not corrected within this period, the application will be rejected.
As a result of the evaluation, the results of the applications regarding foreigners who are determined to meet the necessary conditions are notified to the Ministry of Interior and also to the applicant
